Finally, when advertised for sale, in a couple of days we had enough bids to choose from, here again, his expertise was very valuable to determine the right bid with the corresponding type of loan, We couldn't afford the maximum bid, very attractive, but very restrictive which if not passed could have delayed the sale for some 6 months. Ryan knew the things we wanted, so he could build on that. If something was not quite right, he would let us know. He has a keen eye. He knows the business. He knows the pluses and the minuses.
One time when we were viewing houses, Ryan could not make it. He sent another realtor over to help us go through the house. It was then that I realized just how key Ryan was to the process. He not only helps make it fun, but he sees things that others do not. And because of that ability, it created a more personal experience.
So that was the fun part. But then when it got to the business side of things, Ryan did his research. We were told that ahead of time by someone else who worked with him. With so many realtors around, it is comforting to have someone who knows the answers to complicated questions.
When it comes to your home, you want the best agent you can get. And Ryan is the best I know of.

Ryan was excellent with his communication to us, even before we went to look at houses he had clearly communicated with us about what the market was doing, and how it would effect us in our search. Best decision we ever made was to ask Ryan to sale our home. We were pretty naive in the process and thought maybe we could sell it ourselves. We were WRONG! Ryan helped us with buying a new home. We were moving to Utah from 2000 miles away. We only had a limited time to look at houses while we were in Utah during the Holiday Season.. Ryan was amazing and helped us look at all the houses we wanted to during that busy time. We even had to look on Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas because we were leaving and still hadn't found the right house - and he was more than accommodating.

Ryan Sedgwick is a great Real Estate Agent. He met with us prior to selling our house and made sure to find out everything we were looking for. He educated us about what the process was like and what we needed to do to get our house on the market. We took about three weeks preparing our house and then he listed our house. He had a professional come take pictures of our house and posted them on MLS. The same day he posted the pictures we had a really good offer. We cancelled our open house that was scheduled on the following day. We took our first offer and got $1000 more than our asking price. He made everything seamless. He checked in on us and even helped with simple things we hadn't thought of. We also used Ryan to buy a new house from Alpine Homes in Saratoga Springs. He knew a great neighborhood that was getting built and took time to show us the place multiple times. He had a great relationship with the Alpine Homes staff and made sure to get our offer accepted.
