" Ryan Sedgwick is a great Real Estate Agent. He met with us prior to selling our house and made sure to find out everything we were looking for. He educated us about what the process was like and what we needed to do to get our house on the market. We took about three weeks preparing our house and then he listed our house. He had a professional come take pictures of our house and posted them on MLS. The same day he posted the pictures we had a really good offer. We cancelled our open house that was scheduled on the following day. We took our first offer and got $1000 more than our asking price. He made everything seamless.
